My flight lands at Addis Ababa Bole International Airport; what is the best way of getting to the hotel?
Addis Ababa Bole International Airport is only 1 km away from our hotel. During your reservation please inform us of your arrival time and we will be providing you with an airport transfer.
Can I book via the website without giving my credit card number?
Yes, you can book without prepaying your reservation. Payment takes place at the hotel instead.
Which debit/credit cards can I use?
You can pay with the same cards that are accepted at reception; Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
What is your full cancellation policy?

Reservations can be cancelled or amended free of charge up to 24 hours before the first day of your booking. If you cancel your reservation any later than that, you will be charged for the first night of your intended stay.

When can I check in to the hotel?
You can check in from 14:00. If you arrive earlier, you can store your baggage in the hotel’s baggage area until your room is ready. If the room has been cleaned and is ready before 14:00, you may have access to the room earlier. Early check-in is free, but subject to availability. When do I have to check out of the hotel?
The room is yours until 12:00 on your day of departure. If you wish to check out later than 12:00, please contact reception. Please be aware of our additional charge for late check-out. Express check-out is also available and our reception team may provide you with details upon arrival.
Is wireless internet available at your hotel?
Wireless internet is available in all bedrooms and public areas free of charge for all our in house guests.
Is a laundry service available at all of your hotels?
Laundry and dry-cleaning requests can be arranged with the Housekeeping Department at all of our hotels. A laundry list with all related charges and a laundry bag is provided to your room.
Are the bedrooms in all of your hotels air-conditioned?
All of our hotel bedrooms have air conditioning and a heater or electric fan is also available in case you need.
Is smoking permitted in any of your hotels?
Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is not permitted in the bedrooms or public areas of any of our hotels. Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking areas.
