Our Key Sustainability Commitments

1. Environmental Responsibility

We are actively working to reduce our ecological footprint through:

  • Energy Efficiency: Use of LED lighting, energy-saving appliances, and smart climate systems of at least 80% of the hotel.
  • Water Conservation: Installation of low-flow fixtures and an on-site purification and bottling plant to eliminate single-use plastic bottles.
  • Waste Management: Implementation of waste separation, recycling, and composting practices in collaboration with local partners.
  • Sustainable Sourcing: Preference for biodegradable, recyclable, and locally sourced products and materials.
  • Eco-Friendly Landscaping: Utilization of native, drought-tolerant plants and efficient irrigation systems.

2. Social Responsibility

We aim to empower and support our community by:

  • Local Partnerships: Engaging with local suppliers and artisans to foster community growth.
  • Staff Development: Providing regular sustainability training and encouraging team involvement in green initiatives.
  • Guest Participation: Informing guests about our eco-friendly programs and encouraging practices such as towel/linen reuse and proper waste disposal.

3. Guest Experience

We aim to enhance the guest experience through:

  • Eco-Friendly Amenities: Refillable water bottles, and energy-efficient in-room features.
  • Sustainable Travel Options:Ā  shuttle services to reduce travel emissions.

Our Green CertificationĀ 

We achieved our Green Certification in June 2025, aligning our operations with global environmental standards and reaffirming our role as a sustainability leader in the hospitality sector.

To ensure continuing success, we:

  • Established a Sustainability Committee to oversee initiatives.
  • Measure Performance using KPIs such as energy use, water consumption, and waste diversion.
  • Continually improve by updating policies and incorporating feedback from guests and stakeholders.
